There is a bug, which Reb@eidos did not comment anymore, as I posted this some days ago. You have to copy english.dat and script.dat to the trle directory manually, otherwise the game will crash immediately after starting it. Have the same problem here - wonder how EIDOS could release such a buggy script - this is an obvious bug, isnīt it?IP: Logged |

Hi.Where is the problem ? Just edit script.bat and put in the right directories. Works fine ! Greetz. IP: Logged |

WebKnight is right. Edit the script.bat to include the full path name. After running script script.txt from your DOS window, click on the script.bat icon in your script folder to transfer and delete the necessary files....OR see below!![This message has been edited by Reb@Eidos (edited 12-06-2000).] IP: Logged |

Hi Reb.All the steps you explained can be written into a batch-file. You can start this script.bat without using the dos prompt and it works really fine. (saves a lot of time in optimizing the scripts) Greetz.

Do you have the manual? In the reference section there is a page on DOS and it pretty much walks you through the steps.IP: Logged |
